1. Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>

These terms and conditions govern the booking and cancellation of stays in our establishment, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.<\/p>

2. Pricing and booking<\/strong><\/h4>
  • Overnight rates are quoted in euros (\u20ac) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.<\/li>
  • The rate displayed at the time of booking applies.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/h4>

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and have a clear cancellation policy in place:<\/p>

    • Cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival :<\/strong>

    • Cancellation between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival :<\/strong>
      \u279d Partial refund<\/strong> corresponding to 50 % of the price of each night<\/strong> reserved.

    • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival :<\/strong>
      \u279d No refunds will be made.<\/p><\/li>

    • Housekeeping :<\/strong>
      \u279d If you cancel your stay before arrival, you will be charged for the cleaning service. fully refunded<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Reservation changes<\/strong><\/h4>
      • Any request to change a booking (dates, number of passengers) is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.<\/li>
      • We do not guarantee that changes can be made after the reservation has been confirmed.<\/li><\/ul>

        5. No-shows and early departure<\/strong><\/h4>
        • In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged. due and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>
        • No refunds will be given for early departure.<\/li><\/ul>
