Terms and conditions of cancellation

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the booking and cancellation of stays in our establishment, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Pricing and booking

  • Overnight rates are quoted in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • The rate displayed at the time of booking applies.

3. Cancellation conditions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and have a clear cancellation policy in place:

  • Cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival :
    ➝ Full refund 100 % of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival :
    ➝ Partial refund corresponding to 50 % of the price of each night reserved.
    ➝ Service charges are not non-refundable.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival :
    ➝ No refunds will be made.

  • Housekeeping :
    ➝ If you cancel your stay before arrival, you will be charged for the cleaning service. fully refunded.

4. Reservation changes

  • Any request to change a booking (dates, number of passengers) is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
  • We do not guarantee that changes can be made after the reservation has been confirmed.

5. No-shows and early departure

  • In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged. due and non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for early departure.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government bans, etc.), a postponement or refund may be considered, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. extraordinary conditions defined by our company.

7. Traveller's liability

  • The tenant undertakes to respect the rented premises and to inform the establishment immediately in the event of any problem.
  • Any damage or failure to comply with the rules of the accommodation may result in additional charges.

8. Acceptance of Conditions

Any reservation made on our website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
